Vālenz Health® Launches Trust Center to Give Clients and Prospects Greater Security, Privacy, and Compliance Confidence

Aug. 12, 2026 — As part of its ongoing commitment to client and member security, Vālenz Health^® has launched a new Trust Center, available to the public through an online portal.

By clearly documenting the Valenz security posture, the Trust Center gives customers and prospects direct access to the security, privacy, and compliance information they need. Viewers can find detailed, transparent descriptions of security controls documentation, compliance reports, subprocessor listings, data protection practices, and more within the digital library. 

“Here at Valenz, we understand that our customers rely on us to safeguard sensitive healthcare and business information, and we work continuously to maintain that trust,” said Erik Nicholson, Valenz Chief Information Officer. “The Trust Center provides a new level of visibility into just how deeply security, privacy, and risk management are embedded into everything we do.” 

The Trust Center is the latest investment by Valenz in ongoing, proactive, and comprehensive efforts to protect sensitive client and member data. Valenz security protocols have also been validated and certified via industry recognition including HITRUST (i1 Certification), Systems and Organization Controls 2 (SOC2 Type 2), and a HIPAA Risk Assessment. 

Details regarding each of these certifications can be found in the comprehensive Trust Center, which is updated in real-time to provide the highest level of continuous accuracy and transparency for clients, members, and prospects.
