Vālenz Health® Names Lauren Ruby as VP, Revenue Operations

Vālenz Health^® is pleased to announce that Lauren Ruby has been named Vice President of Revenue Operations. 

An accomplished and visionary revenue operations leader, Ruby has more than a decade of experience building and scaling operations across healthcare technology and high-growth B2B organizations. Her extensive background in driving predictable revenue growth, optimizing go-to-market operations, and implementing robust systems and data architectures have helped empower data-driven decision making across leading industry brands and uniquely positions her to support Valenz through its latest stage of growth.

As VP of Revenue Operations, Ruby will work cross-departmentally with internal Valenz teams to align strategy with execution and turn data into better decisions that create a more seamless experience across the full client journey.  

She will also support the expansion and implementation of the latest innovations within the Valenz suite, including health plan optimization solutions such as Valenz Variable Copay and ValenzONE. These solutions, which work to lower spend through the delivery of higher-quality care to members, mark a new era for Valenz in its mission to simplify healthcare for all through a single, integrated platform.

Previously, Ruby served as Senior Director, Sales Operations, at Kyruus Health, where she was responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams into one high-performing, data-driven ecosystem. She holds an MPH from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BA from Dartmouth College.
