RADNOR, Pa. — April 17, 2026 — Vālenz Health^® is pleased to announce that five experienced business leaders have joined its executive sales team to support the advancement of smarter, better, faster healthcare for clients and partners. 

Joe Calabretti, Lou Fiscella, Kenny Fritz, and Jeff Wunderlich will each serve as Vice President of Broker Sales, while Adam Drake steps into the role of Vice President of Digital Solution Sales. Together, they bring unparalleled experience in the healthcare industry to the Valenz team and will play a pivotal role in driving growth for clients through strategic partnerships and plan design innovation.

Joe Calabretti has served as a broker and a TPA within the insurance industry for more than 25 years, with a focus on employee benefits over the last two decades. He specializes in broker relations, building trusted relationships to provide essential group benefits and solutions for employer groups. Calabretti has previously shared his experience as a speaker at both NABIP and HAFA conferences. 

Adam Drake is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in business and venture-backed companies, with specialties in healthcare, cost containment, behavioral health, and more. His background includes developing, implementing, and executing sales initiatives, as well as enabling goals to exceed planned expectations and increase business development. 

Lou Fiscella brings more than 20 years of experience as a business development professional and strategic operator in the healthcare industry, specializing in identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives. Prior to Valenz, Fiscella held leadership positions with CVS, Aetna, Numotion, and Medco. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Texas Association of Benefit Advisors, as well as the Board of Governors for Fairleigh Dickinson University. 

Kenny Fritz is an employee benefits leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting advisors and employers through complex healthcare decisions. Specializing in the self-insurance space, Fritz’s background spans benefits brokerage, HR technology, risk mitigation, and long-term client relationships, with a working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA. 

Jeff Wunderlich has more than 35 years of experience across the payer, carrier, managed care, and provider sectors, with a proven track record of navigating complex healthcare environments and driving strategic initiatives across multiple facets of the industry. Based in St. Louis and a graduate of the University of Missouri, Wunderlich brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by decades of hands-on experience and leadership.
