Nathan Nelson

Chief Revenue Officer

Nathan’s career includes 20+ years of proven success in sales and account management for the healthcare industry, primarily in the managed care segment. He has expertise in claim management, workers’ compensation, underwriting and sales management. Nathan graduated magna cum laude with an MBA in Business from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jordan Hersh, MBA

Executive Vice President, Channel Distribution

Since 2007, Jordan’s career has been dedicated to solving cost-related healthcare challenges for employers and companies of all sizes. He leads innovation in channel distribution and has extensive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, product marketing, account management and sales strategy.

Kevin O’Donnell, MPA

Executive Vice President, Solution Strategy & Expansion

With more than a decade of expertise in operations, change management, payment integrity and claims quality, Kevin leads the expansion and integration of Valenz ecosystem solutions for providers and payers. Previously Kevin was with Evolent Health and Navigant. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in health and human services from the University of Arizona.

Greg Edwards

Senior Vice President, Business Development

Greg’s career in the insurance business has spanned over three decades, with deep experience in the stop loss insurance market. His previous roles at the Brougher Agency, VASA Brougher, and IMG in underwriting, sales, and executive management prior to joining Certus Management Group have helped him cultivate his client-first approach to sales. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Jennifer Graber, CEBS

Senior Vice President, Client Services

A champion of transparency with a passion for innovation, Jen brings 25-plus years of leadership in employee benefits, health insurance, business strategy, sales and client relations. She has held executive positions with TrueScripts Management Services, Mercer, Meritain Health, Welltok Inc., and Blue Cross Blue Shield in Nebraska. Based in Omaha, Jen earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska and the CEBS from the Wharton School.

Paul Tyer

Regional Business Development Executive

With over 25 years of industry experience, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to supporting brokers and delivering unique solutions to their clients. Through successful positions in sales and executive management, he has developed a deep understanding for solving employer challenges in healthcare cost containment. Paul has a degree in Marketing and Healthcare Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.

With his extensive track record of putting clients first to help them succeed, Brian is solutions-focused and dedicated to delivering results. His experience includes 20+ years leading national accounts in commercial insurance, workers’ compensation, reinsurance and more. He is a proud graduate of Kansas State University, where he studied Marketing and International Business.

With expertise in full claim review and an account management background with client-centered service, Kaylee consistently exceeds our client expectations. She has a degree in healthcare administration from the Brooks College of Health at the University of North Florida and a background in community healthcare.

Brian Miller

Brian spearheaded the development, implementation and operation of KIS Imaging when KISx Card, LLC partnered with his former company One Call, where he oversaw the Group Health diagnostic imaging program as Senior National Accounts Manager. He brings 20 years of management experience and excellence in client relationships to his role at Valenz. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montclair State University.

He has a degree in International Business from Kean University.

Bernardo Sanchez

Bernardo brings over a decade of consulting and client relations experience in health insurance, benefits and digital health. His experience working with TPAs and in the carrier space taught him effective collaboration skills where he works closely with all stakeholders to devise strategies and implement actionable plans that yield measurable outcomes and tangible results.

Dennis Wheeler

Client Services Executive

With 25+ years of employee benefits, health insurance and specialty pharmacy experience, Dennis has worked with payers, employers, TPAs and health systems to identify and integrate innovative solutions using data analytics. Previously with Amber Specialty Pharmacy and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, Dennis has a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska.
