Vālenz® Promotes Alex Ruiz to Client Services Executive

Ruiz brings 20+ years’ experience leading client accounts and delivering client-focused service 

PHOENIX, Ariz. (August 27, 2021) — Vālenz®, a leading innovator for a data-driven ecosystem of solutions that reduce medical claim costs and promote quality healthcare, recently announced that Alex Ruiz has been promoted to Client Services Executive.

Ruiz’s promotion comes just over a year after joining Valenz as a sales representative. His new role – under the leadership of Brian Campbell, Vice President of Client Services – will involve building client awareness of new opportunities and solutions, as well as ensuring overall satisfaction with the Valenz ecosystem and client experience.

Ruiz first joined the firm in 2020 after more than two decades as an account executive in sales, most recently in the field of healthcare technology. Ruiz has a degree in International Business from Kean University, and he also serves as a peer mentor for ALPFA New Jersey, a professional chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals for America. In this capacity, Ruiz works with young professionals to help them achieve career and personal growth goals by sharing his own personal, business and life experiences.
